With a magnitude of wok in the real estate industry, the executive assistant helps to ensure Fan would have the time to serve her client’s in an orderly and timely manner.

The role of Fan's social media specialist is to constantly run marketing campaigns for Properties with her Buyers towards local & international buyers through using popular social media platforms such as Wechat & Facebook. In addition, the social media specialist acts as a news provider helping Fan in posting articles and news that serves as a guide to buyers & homeowners.
GINO TAN | Marketing Manager
The marketing manager manages the whole team in aspects of marketing. He works with the Social Media Specialist, professional videographer ,photographer & the Staging Team to deliver & promote everyone of Fan’s listing in the best way possible. In addition, the marketing expert will run a variety of Online Ad Campaigns (Google, Facebook, Youtube, Classified Ads & Wechat) as well as Traditional Marketing (Brochures and Postcards) to ensure maximum exposure of the listings.
Matt | Real Estate Media Specialist
The media specialist is focused on creating jaw dropping videos and 3D floor plans of Fan's listing in order to capture the eyes of potential buyers. This helps every one of Fan's listing to be the centerpiece. With promotional videos being created by an actual professional, the media specialist works with the Marketing Manager and Social media Specialist to make sure the high quality video footage of your listing is shared and shown to potential buyers.
